Alongside permanent employees, we work with freelance trainers and consultants, based on binding contracts. With these long-term collaborations we practice a close exchange of content and coordination. If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your application.
The requirements of management-team-training.de’s trainers and consultants…
- substantial experience in business coaching and training
- personal experience as managers
- additional training qualification in at least one of the following: systematic consulting, transactional analysis, NLP, psychodrama, theme-centred interaction and group dynamics
- Focus of experience in specific sectors, management concepts and training methods
- a strong practice- and goal-orientated manner in training sessions and workshops
- a strong customer orientation
- a confident manner with great social and communicative strength
If you do not currently meet all of these requirements, we can offer you the chance to develop them…
The minimum requirements are
- University degree and several years experience in the sector
- Personal experience of leading teams and/or projects – successfully and for many years
- Completed or started further training in the field of psychology (see requirements)
- Great capacity to learn and perform, awareness of processes, and the ethical vales that are important to us
